It is curious that Costa de Caparica is a place of tourism for Portuguese, it is more common to see them there than foreign tourists. Although its town may not be very striking to look at, it has many accommodations and services due to its proximity to Lisbon.

In addition, on Sundays you can enjoy an antique street market.  In him you can find the most unsuspected things.

Here you will find no less than 30 kilometers of beaches, famous for being very clean. Some of them are intended for nudism, others for gay tourism and many have bars and beach bars, although most of them are preserved in their natural wild state.

And if there is something worth seeing, it is the surfers practicing the sport. Quite a show like the one that you will see few in the world. And if you want to learn, no problem, you will also find some surf schools.

One of the best times to be on the beaches of Costa de Caparica is, without a doubt, at sunset. Not only because of the sunset lights, but also because fishermen sometimes show their catch on the sand when they return from fishing. You can even buy something.
